There is no "international" trademark that covers every country of the world. However, we recommend the cheapest and most efficient way to obtain a trademark in a wide range of countries is by filing a trademark through an international agreement known as the "Madrid Protocol". This will allow us to file one application in any number of the member countries. 

We are able to make a single trade mark application in one or more of the over 70 countries who are members to the international protocol. To file a trademark under the Madrid Protocol you must be based in one of the member countries.

Costs

The Madrid Protocol trademark application fees are made up of a standard filing fee and the individual costs of each country included in the application.
